Dossier

Ihor Mazepa is the founder and head of Concorde Capital. This dossier focuses on consequences: PrivateFX clients' funds not returned (as reported by the media), the loss of TYME's registration, the financial terms of the Concorde Bermuda settlement, and criminal proceedings. Explanations about a minority stake, a passive role or pressure are shown next to the outcome of each case. They do not replace answers to questions about people's money and the companies' actions. At the same time, different cases and legal entities are not merged into a single accusation: the nature of each link to Mazepa is stated separately.

The table lists only links that have a source and a period. The nature of the basis is stated separately.

Historical bank claims

In a 2021 interview Mazepa confirmed that in 2012 banks filed claims totalling about UAH 85 million, related to borrowing before the 2008 crisis, and stated that these issues were later settled and everything was repaid. The editors have no documents indicating outstanding obligations under these claims and do not present them as current debts. — Ekonomichna Pravda
