About
About
“Mazepa: Open Dossier” is an independent editorial project about the public business activity of Ihor Mazepa, related companies, regulatory decisions, court disputes and investor claims. It is not an official resource of Ihor Mazepa or Concorde Capital.
Purpose
To critically examine how the public explanations of Mazepa and the companies compare with regulators' claims and the position of investors. The focus is on what happened to clients' money, what consequences the authorities' decisions had, and which questions the available materials leave unanswered. Editorial assessments are kept separate from facts; unconfirmed evasion of responsibility is not presented as an established fact.
Methodology
Every material statement has a source, a date and an explanation of what exactly the source confirms. We state separately the date of the event, the date the source was published and the date of the last editorial check.
The nature of each statement is marked with a text label: “Documented”, “Authority's position”, “Party's position”, “Media report”, “Editorial assessment”. The label applies to a specific statement, not to the whole case.
The existence of a lawsuit does not confirm the allegations in it. A regulator's decision about a company does not prove the personal guilt of its owner. A settlement without admitting the allegations is not an admission of guilt. A suspicion is not a verdict.
Reprints, translations and posts by the same author are grouped into one source family and are not counted as independent confirmations.
A page being available does not mean its statements have been verified. If a source could not be opened, it is marked as unreachable — not as removed — and its content is not used.
Where the current status cannot be established, we write: “In the sources available to the editors, the status after [date] has not been established.”
What we do not publish
Unverified material allegations do not appear on public pages, in search descriptions, metadata or the search index. Cases that lack documents remain in the editorial register outside the public build.
We do not publish private data, do not use generated images as documentary photos, and do not copy articles in full — only our own short summaries with links to the primary sources.
Independence
The site is not connected to Ihor Mazepa, Concorde Capital or the companies discussed. There is no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking; there are no comments and no fundraising.
Corrections and right of reply
Material corrections are recorded on the “Corrections” page and in the change history of the relevant case. Participants in the events described may provide their position or documents — these will be added with precise attribution.
